The CPiDR™ High Power/High Frequency Amplifier offers R&D laboratories the broadest range of user defined bandwidth, voltage and current for the characterization and reliability testing of MEMS/Microsystem devices.
Advances in novel MEMS/Microsystems designs related to sensors, thermal actuators, microfluidics and resonators have revealed limitations of existing characterization equipment. To accommodate these advances in MEMS technology a specialized bench top amplification system was designed at Sandia National Laboratories - Microelectronics Development Laboratory. For five years, SNL has utilized this system to meet their MEMS R&D performance needs. Ktech has obtained the license to produce and sell this key laboratory instrument.
